imageCLASS MF4350d Unable to install software

I got a new computer and want to hook up my new computer to the imageclass mf4350d.  I went to Canon's page and downloaded but when I go to access the download, it is asking for a user name and password.  I don't know what that is.

I do actually have a disk to download the software but can't figure out where to go to do that.

Please help. I hate to have to throw away a perfectly fine printer because I can't hook up to my new computer.

Thanks for letting us know what Canon product you've got. The MF4350d is an older model which we have retired. While that means that Canon USA no longer offers direct support for it, your friends here in the Canon Community are welcome to offer suggestions!

I don’t want to pay for a new printer when this one works fine if I can get it hooked up to my new laptop. I also have tons of ink for it.  I don’t understand why the downloads on canons website aren’t working.
