Trying to set up my tried & tru imageCLASS MF3010 with the new WIn 11 laptop & not having any luck!
The software & downloads page says its compatible, but nothing I've down loaded is working. When trying to add printer, I'm adding manually, USB001 (the port does have CanonMF3010 showing), but when navigating to the drivers folder, it ahows CNLB0MA64, but won't go any further.
If it matters, the version of Win 11 is listed as '64-bit operating system, ARM-based processor' under computer properties. Several years ago, I recall having an issue with a newer OS & an older printer & the fix was some other driver, but cannot recall.
I am open to suggestions. thanks!

You answered your own question. ARM processors have been disastrous for Canon printer users. Canon has not, to my knowledge, created ARM drivers for any of their hardware. Shame on them. I don't see any mention of ARM or compatibility with it on the software download page.
Yes, you have a 64-bit CPU, but that's not enough. It has to be an Intel or an AMD, which use the old standby Intel architecture (x86).
Windows 11 ARM-version should provide some functionality with its built-in drivers, some some capability could be missing.
Call Canon Support and see what they say.
