imageCLASS MF273dw Will not connect to my windows 11 PC USB and Network not recognized

I have a new MF273dw network printer. No matter what I try (Wired LAN, wireless LAN, USB) Nothing works. I can print from my phone and iPad when connected to my router. My windows 11 PC will not allow me to load the drivers until it sees the printer. When I try to use USB, I get an error does not recognize device. also tried to connect to printers IP address with computer but i get nothing.

Is your PC a laptop or desktop?  If it's a laptop is it ARM based?

Are you using a third party antivirus solution that might be blocking communication?

During the troubleshooting process I would ask that you pick one interface (connection method) and stick with it.  I would recommend wireless since it's the most versatile and allows any device connecting to the same network to use the printer.

Thanks for the input, I have fixed the problem. I checked my connections and found I had my computer connected to my T-mobile modem. I disconnected and connected PC to my router. Stupid error but all is well now.
