imageCLASS LBP6230dw not responding

I have a Mac system running Big Sur 11.7.10

I have had my LBP6230dw connected for wireless printing through my old TPLink mesh router and it worked great.

I just upgraded to a netgear NIGHTHAWK wifi 6 (RAX120) router.

Set up my first printer - a canon LBP151 printer no problem. Used the WSP function and the printer works great.

I am not having the same results with my LBP6230dw printer.

The router recognized it and added it to the network. And I even reinstalled the driver on my computer.

When I go to print it finds the print just fine. ready to print. waiting for printer and then nothing. I get printer not responding every time. Tried restarting everything. Again reconnected the printer to the network via the WPS button and it connected and added it. Restarted everything again and still - not responding

I printed out a wireless lan error information sheet from the printer and it says no errors.

I thought I would try and reinstall the firmware for the printer but that installer won't open on this latest version of IOS.

So any thoughts - any help? Do I need to buy a new printer?

Follow up - things work again. I called the 800 number and waited 40 mintues on hold then spoke to Cody. He had me go through all the steps I had already taken and of course nothing changed. Then he asked me to do something new. There is a tiny hole underneath the ethernet port on the back of the printer. He had me turn off the printer. Then use a pin to press the button inside this hole and turn on the printer while this we pressed in. This reset the printer. Then I went through the process of using the WPS on my router to find the printer again. I removed the printer from my printer list in my settings and then added it again after it reconnected to the router. Voilla, it worked. It was the reset  button on he back on the printer that I had no idea was there that did the trick.
