This printer has worked fine for a few years, but stopped working. I have tried to reinstall/update the software/driver on my iMac and laptop yet the printer is no longer available to be chosen on the list of recognized printers. It is working for another device in the house so I know it is possible.
Please help with suggestions on why I can not print any longer from my devices, including AirPrint on the iPhone??

Thanks for joining the conversation, awinthro!
So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which version of macOS is running on your iMac and which version of iOS is running on your iPhone. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

Hello, iMac is running Sequoia 15.1.1, MacBook is Sonoma 14.6.1 and iPhone is iOS 18.1.1
I have tried connecting by manually typing in the IP address of the printer as well... says they are not communicating.
They are all on the same wifi network.
