Hello,
We have a Canon i-SENSYS MF754Cdw printer connected to our network, which supports three laptops. While all of the computers can print without issues, they are unable to connect to the scanner. Interestingly, the scanner works perfectly when we connect it to an older computer.
Could it be that the latest version of Windows 24H2 is causing compatibility problems with our scanner? We would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter so we can fully utilize our printer's capabilities. Thank you!
