i-SENSYS MF3010 No Scan File Created

Hello. I have a Canon i-SENSYS MF3010. When I try to scan with Tool Box version 4.9.1.1.mf18
(PDF format) I don't get a scan file created as a result. There are no errors in the process. I've tried changing the file path, changing the dpi, reinstalling the printer and scanner driver, but it doesn't work. If I scan as an image, the final file is created. Please tell me what the problem could be.
