cannot get ip address open on web browser to access Canon account-mf455dw

mf455dw printer. It stopped scanning. I did a reset and lost remote UI connection. When I try to enter IP address on web to get to canon account to correct, it will not load. I have tried http:// and https:// and without http at all. Customer support is closed until Monday. 

I know I have to have this to access the remote ui and try to fix it.

For clarity, please tell us the version and build of the OS you're using the printer with, and how is your printer connected into what?

If its connected to a router, please log into the routers admin portal and review the list of attached devices.  What is the IP address assigned to the printer by the router?  If it doesn't appear in this list, it's not connected.

If present, does this match the IP that you believe the printer is assigned?

Although I recommend setting up access, you do not necessarily need access to the remote UI to fix an issue like this.  It could be related to drivers, but the fact that you performed a reset could have changed something you are unaware of.

It would all be helpful if you could tell us which drivers are utilities you installed?  You can use this for reference.
