Have a TS5120 and I'm connected wirelessly by laptop. Scanning seems to work (can autoscan directly from laptop) but printing not working 95% of the time. It has worked 1-2 times but that's it. Even have trouble with USB connection.
Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it doesn't help. I have Windows 7 and waiting to update to W10 through work. Wondering if that might be the issue.

Hi,
Since you are able to scan but not print, please open the control panel on your computer and select "view devices and printers". Once that is open, let us know if there is more than one copy of the TS5120 listed. If there are multiple, please right click on one of them and select printer properties. In the window that opens, select the print test page option. If you find one that prints, set it as your default printer and delete the rest. Then try printing from your computer again.
If there are not multiple copies of the printer, please contact us again so we can troubleshoot further.
We look forward to your reply.
