I cannot get the Toolbox to work with the scanner on Windows 11. The error message that comes up when I click on the Toolbox icon says that the scanner is either disconnected or not on. I have tried using the Windows 11 troubleshooting tools, the Windows !0 USB driver patch, installing and restarting after installing the driver and the toolbox.

I tried the new driver on the Canon site, but I still could not get the Toolbox to work.
