Win 11 says Canon Easy PhotoPrint app is not compatible (PIXMA TS9521C)

I have been using a 2-yr old HP laptop running Win 11 to print 12 x 12 paper on my TS9521C.  I have had no problems with the printer.  My computer was struggling with graphics so I replaced the computer with a new HP laptop running Win 11 Home.  I tried to download the Canon Easy PhotoPrint app to continue my 12 x 12 printing, however, I get a message saying this system is not compatible with the app and will not download.  Does anyone have a workaround or another program that will print 12 x 12 photos/graphics on the TS9521C?
