What printer do I have and how do I connect it to my phone?

Help please!!!! Need simple basic help

I am trying to 1) figure out what model my printer is. I've had it for a few years just sitting here. I used it a couple of times couple years ago but I  don't know where my user manual is and can't remember what printer I have exactly. How can I find out what printer I'm using. 

 2) I am also trying to figure out if I'm able to print from my mobile phone.  It isn't wireless printer so I need to figure out now how I would connect my phone to the  printer to print off my phone  or if it's even possible.  Ease help me asap. I need to print my things like yesterday.

You'll find the model number on the front of the printer at the lower right corner of its control panel. Let us know which version of Windows or macOS you are using? How are you connecting?
