Using Canon Print utility remotely

Hello,

I just purchased the Canon Prograf 1000 printer.  I’d like to be able to run the Nozzle Check utility remotely using the Canon Print utility.  If I try to do so, I get an “Unable to Connect to Printer” message.  Does anyone know if this can be accessed remotely, and if so, how to do so?

Thanks

Hi,

If the print utility and printer are installed on the same computer and network then it should connect. If you are trying to access the printer remotely, you would need to access the printers remote user interface. Please click HERE for more information.

Hi,

At this time, I recommend you reach out to Canon support. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.

We look forward to hearing from you.
