TS5160 helper tool won't load

Hi, I've just purchased the TS5160 and am trying to load the helper, but every time I enter my password nothing happens. All I see is the Setup.app icon??

Hi, a Canon Tech managed to solve the issue for me. He suggested the following. 

A possible workaround is to manually start LaunchDaemons by running the following line from macOS Terminal app:
"sudo launchctl load -w /Library/LaunchDaemons"

I followed his suggestion, and it worked. 👏
