I want to print photos wirelessly from my IPhone 16 but the printer will not hook up to my internet. I have downloaded the canon print app, chatted with the virtual Assistant, downloaded the Canon Print App and tried to to reach Customer Support by phone and was told by the Virtual Assistant that an account had to be set up, which I had done, and that there was no record of my phone number. After all of this, the call was ended by the Assistant. Is there any way to reach a live person for support?

When attempting to call in, please make sure you are calling from the number that is linked to your My Canon account. If not, please make sure you are entering that number when prompted.
Otherwise, please contact one of Canon's Technical Support Representatives via chat. To contact a Technical Support Representative, please use the link below to log into your My Canon account:
https://mycanon.usa.canon.com
Once logged in, click on your PIXMA TS3722 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on the Chat Support button to access support.

I do not receive an error message; however I did get to talk with a technician on the phone but unfortunately she did not help me solve the problem. I am taking a couple of days off to tend to family things. Thank you for your reply. Jw51

Thank you for taking the time to reply. I have made contact with a tach support person but the problem was not solved due to difficult communication skills and very noisy background noise. I am very disappointed in the Canon Support and am waiting for one of my sons to help me this weekend. Thank you, Jw51
