Can't connect to Brother HL-L2380DW Laser Printer

I am on Windows 11.   My printer is on line (my wife can print to it from her computer), but all of a sudden I cannot connect to it. I have down loaded new drivers,but they do not work.

Hi Bob, 

That model is actually not a Canon printer, it appears to possibly be a Brother unit? We'd recommend double checking the printer model, ours starts with the word "imageCLASS". If it's a Brother, please contact them for support!
