MX 340 printer, wireless connection, 32 bit, and cannot get either of my computers to respond since updating to 8.1. One of them actually already has the box checked for enabling bidirectional support and still isn't working. I've uninstalled and re-installed the printers, updated the drivers, contacted HP (who've referred me back to Canon for support). Help!
