I have a Canon MG5560. Last night my ISP was down and since it has come back online I am unable to get my printer to connect wirelessly.
It can see my access point and will allow me to select it but once I enter the password it comes up with "failed to connect to access point".
I have restarted my modem many times, restarted my computer a few times, done a factory reset on the printer. I did have trouble reconnecting my laptops after my internet was down - all I did was said "forget network" then rejoined without any issues. I thought by doing a factory reset on the printer, this would be like "clearing" previous wireless setting.
Does anyone have any suggestions??
