I have a Pixma MX920/922 printer/scanner that is working fine. I had to switch my computers recently to an MSI laptop with a windows 11 OS. I used a USB connection because the printer is finicky and does not work well on my network. For example, my husband can print using the printer on the network but I cannot. The computer says I need a driver. The MSI recognizes the device as a MX920 scanner only using USB. I tried to add the printer under the ADD PRINTER option but although it is recognized as a MX920 printer there, it tells me I need a driver. I cannot find a printer driver here. I have tried every file on the site currently and none of it is an actual printer driver. It works great as a scanner but is unrecognized as a printer. Any suggestions?

If your printer model is mx922, the drivers can be found here.

If it's the MX920 try here
