I bought a Pixma iX6820. I could never get it to connect wirelessly to my macbook pro (2017), so I had to connect via USB to my thunderbolt hub. Every time I try to print anything now I get the error code 306 halfway through, ruining every piece of paper I send through. I've done the reinstall printer thing a bunch of times, to no avail. About to throw it out the window and never buy another Canon product.

Hello.
The USB connection issue may be related to the hub that is being used. If a standard USB port is not available on your computer, try using a different USB adapter.
