Pixma TS7720 print jobs show pending forever.

I rebooted the computer and printer, reconnected to the network, cancelled and re-sent print jobs to the printer, etc. Nothing works. I don't get an error message on the printer. I only see Pending on the display on my laptop. I have been using this printer for months with no problems until today.

I'll answer my own question. Enabled was not ticked under Policies.
