PIXMA MX922 is no longer recognizing network password or connecting to the network even though we have 3 computers connecting to the network with the usual password.
Any suggestions on how to reset the printer in order to accept the password we've been using for years are much appreciated.
Thank you,

If your WiFi network changed where the 2.4GHz band has "WPA2/WPA3 Mixed Personal" or "WPA3 Personal," as the security option, roll the setting back to "WPA 2 Personal" and set-up the connection on your PIXMA again. It is works after that, then you can roll back up the security on the 2.4GHz band back to "WPA2/WPA3 Mixed Personal," but not "WPA3 Personal."
Even the new TS9521C I just got does not like anything with WPA 3 on the 2.4GHz band. The same for my sadly now dead MG8220.
