I have a MG5420 that worked just fine. I changed routers to a Tp-link. I can not get my windows 10, ipad or iphone to find the printer. My printer is connected to the router. I have reinstalled the drivers. I called customer support and they won't help. I just bought new ink cartridges for it so I don't want a new printer. Please help

Start with the basics.
Whats the printer's IP address
Can you ping it from the computer you are printing from?

I ended up calling TP-Link, who is my router. And who would have thought, but TP-Link isn't compatibile with that printer. So I guess I'll have to get a printer that is compatibile or get a new router. I just bought the router in January.
