I usually connect my laptop to my router with a cable. The same router can reach my laptop by WiFi. Usually I leave the cable plugged in and turn the WiFi OFF. To do Pixma MG3620 setup with WiFi, I unplugged the cable and left the WiFi ON. On the second attempt, everything was successful. Can the WiFi be ON and the router hard cable be both in play when using the printer?
