To use your PIXMA MG3620 with your iPad, please follow the steps on this page to connect your printer to your Wi-Fi:
Wireless Network Connection with the Canon PRINT App on an iOS Device
Once connected, you will be able to use your MG3620 with your iPad.

Once logged in, click on your PIXMA MG3620 and then click on the Product Support button. When that page loads, click on either the Phone Support button or the Chat Support button to access support.
