I have just purchased a PIXMA TS5350i printer. I can't seem to get it connected to my laptop. I have been able to connect it to my smart phone (iPhone) though.
Every time i try to connect to my laptop, i keep getting the same error message - "This printer cannot connect to the OS running on your device. Please access this site from a device with a supported OS."
My laptop is relatively new (2024) and is running Windows (Windows 11 Home)
I'd be grateful for any tips on how to get my laptop and printer connected
Thanks
Mark
