Hi....I have a Chromebook as well, and I could not find my Printer Model TS3720 in the Chromebook accessible Printers. So what do I do?? Ask Chromebook to allow this Model into the accessible Group. I'm with you, I did not see on the Canon Web site that this printer does Not Work with Chromebook... I could have saved myself a few Bucks. Apparently, Canon does not care if my Printer does not comply with the Chromebook protocol. I'm not sure what to do next. I have had this printer 3 days and I can't use it on my Chromebook. I may try to contact Google Chromebook for some Options.

Hi ArthurJ...I need your HELP as well with my TS3720 it Not Connect to my ChromeBook so
that I can use WIFI and Print . Just to make sure that I understand this procedure... I don't want to print from my Apple Iphone, ONLY from my ChromeBook Laptop,,, So I did not DownLoad any Canon APPS to my Phone.
When you say "Download the Free Print Inkjet Selphy App" your referring to Download to my Phone correct?.And are you also saying that I need to DownLoad some App in order for my Printer to Connect to my local Home NetWork . My Canon Printer is only 3 Days Old, I just purchased it New. Do you have a Procedure that Outlines the Steps, like a PDF File that I can Access and download to my Chromebook. Appreciate your HELP with this ArthurJ.....Ron Grimard,, Dresden, Maine
