I have a Pixma TS3522 that is supposed to be wireless. When I first bought it I was able to set it up just fine. Once I moved and had new internet it would not longer connect. I was using the physical cord from printer to laptop for a little while, but now that is no longer feasible. I have tried to call Canon support, but I have to have my item registered. I have absolutely no idea when I bought this thing, nor do I have a receipt. Honestly for the price of this printer I should probably just chuck it out the window and buy a new printer from a different brand that actually allows me to get support. It would probably be less stress. Can someone please tell me how to get this printer to connect or how to get in touch with someone who can help me. For the record, at the last house, where we ended up just using the physical cord, we worked for hours on this looking online for instructions and following all the Pixma/Canon online manual and help group suggestions, before we finally gave up.
