i have tried to download the driver for my new TS3522 PIXMA printer and it says that yhe app is not a microsoft approved verified app and i must go to microsoft store. what am i doing wrong or what do i need to do?

Hi there!
It sounds like your computer might be in "safe" mode. When you check your Windows version does it say S at the end?

If this is your personal computer, please check out this thread on the Microsoft Forum for a similar issue. If this is NOT your computer or is a work computer please get with the owner or your IT department for help!

It's actually called "S mode"

Basic premise is this. This security feature only allows Microsoft certified apps and software to to installed on the target system. S Mode can be disabled.
