The first instruction in the setup instructions should be to temporarily disable your antivirus and firewall software. I tried to get my computer to recognize the printer for hours with no luck. Out of frustration I disabled my Norton 360 protection and firewall and tried the Setup again and bingo! That’s what was getting in the way.
