Hello. I’ve purchased a printer today, a TS3340 to be exact. However, I am unable to connect to the WiFi, I’ve tried printing the WiFi information but the password given is incorrect

This unit isn't sold here in the US, so we don't support it.
Running the setup procedure will ensure all necessary components are installed and will pair your printer with your computer. You will find it at https://canon.us/setup.

The password to connect the printer to Wi-Fi is supplied by you. This is the password set on your router that allows devices to connect to its wireless broadcast. The printer requires a 2.4 GHz broadcast that uses WPA2/AES encryption. Please ensure your network meets these requirements. Running the printer setup utility as Stephen referenced will allow you to choose the network and enter it's password. Additional support options are available if you use the Canon Global support link above.
