Thank you for your prompt response! It is Canon printer TS3322. I tried pressing down the WiFi and smart device buttons to connect, looking at the computer that’s connected to router, all things are enabled. The printer diagnostics is showing that there is no connection available, but WiFi is definitely up, although with a password. How should I proceed to connect wirelessly? Thank you!!
