I tried to setup the printer I purchased recently. When I tries to connect it via mobile or laptop I was not successful.
The Printer name is not showing up under setting->wifi on my mobile. When I tried it from computer It says Could not find any printer.
When I tried to print the information it says
NOT CONNECTED TO THE NETWORK
RESULT CODE C-5, C-11
SIGNAL STRENTH - 0%
LINK Quality - 0%
Connection: Inactive
