Facing Some Issues with i7 Laptops and Canon. Any Advice?

Hello everyone,

I’m encountering some problems while using my i7 laptop with my Canon device and would appreciate any help or advice you might have.

Details:

• Laptop Specs: Intel Core i7 processor, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD.
• Canon Product: Canon PIXMA TR8620

The Issues:

1. Connection Problems: The printer often fails to connect to my laptop, even when both are on the same network.
2. Slow Printing: Printing speeds are much slower than expected, and sometimes the documents get stuck in the print queue.
3. Software Crashes: The Canon software crashes occasionally when trying to access settings or maintenance tools.

Steps Taken:

• Updated the printer drivers and software to the latest version.
• Tried connecting via USB instead of Wi-Fi, but the issues persist.
• Restarted both devices multiple times.

Has anyone experienced similar problems with Canon printers on i7 laptops? Any suggestions or fixes would be greatly appreciated!
