Since the last windows update, my pc (Lenovo, Windows 11) has no connection (via WLAN) to the printer. I renewed the download of the driver (from 2021), proposed by canon for my printer and Windows 11, but no connection appears. The printer is shown on the PC and the printer orders are also shown. After a printing order, beneath the printer icon the mark 'error' is shown. Nothing else happens.
2 remarks: the window system uses aiutomatically MS IPP Class Driver (instead of the downloaded Canon Driver). I tested the printer with my smartphone (and WLAN), and it works very well.
Can anybody help me? Thank you very much.

Based on your description, I have the following question.
Does your computer have a Snapdragon/ARM -based processor or does it have an Intel or AMD processor?
The presence of an IPP device sounds like it has a Snapdragon/ARM CPU.

The model number should appear on the front of the printer at the lower right corner of the its operation panel. Hi Danny, thank you for the response.
The korrekt Number is TR7550.
Furthermore I send a screenshot to you, which shows, that the PC found the Printer automatically (via WLAN). but surprisingly two printers: Canon TR7500 and TR7500 series B68B6B000000, with the remark: 'driver not available'.
I tried to send a test-page from the former one, but it doesn't work, i.e., I got an Error-message (Fehler).
I'm rather confused about this case.

For wireless connectivity, the printer requires a 2.4 GHz wireless broadcast that uses wpa2 encryption.
It can also be connected via USB if you wish.
I suggest you choose one or the other. To resolve the issue, you will need to remove the failed instances of the printer. Then uinstall any drivers or utilities from programs and features. Last restart your system.
Now rer-un the setup utility. If you will use USB, do not connect the cable to your computer until prompted to do so by the installer.
If you're using Wireless, ensure the printer is connected to the network before running the software. You can easily confirm its connection by looking at your router's admin portal and attached devices. If it's connected, it's name and the IP address the router has assigned will be present.
Now run the setup utility. Unfortunately, I was not able to find a working support site with downloads for the TR7550. I tried Canon UK, Canon Germany, and Canon North and Central Africa.
If you continue to have issues, I'd visit the Canon global support portal to receive help in the country where you reside.
