I've got a pixma tr7020a printer/scanner. The printer works fine, but when I try to scan it sounds like it is scanning and then gives me an error and on the 2nd attempt a communication error. Any idea on how to fix this?

Thanks Danny, I should have done that from the beginning. I'm using an Acer laptop with Windows 11 and the latest updates. When I looked at my router settings it said that it used WPA2, and I also have McAfee total protection.
