I have been utilizing my printer for several months. Today I am receiving messages that no print driver found. when I go into Canon trying to download a new driver, I am being told there is no driver for my OS. Why when this has been communicating

Yeah, I ran into something like that after a Windows update. It messed with the driver somehow. If Canon doesn’t list one for your OS anymore, try using the older driver in compatibility mode or see if Windows Update offers a generic one. Reinstalling sometimes helps too.
