All of a sudden I can't scan anything on my Canon TR-4720 inkjet computer. I did get a new wi-fi router last week; every other device (laptop, iPad, two mobile phones) connected to the router with no problems. I just can't seem to make the wireless connection from my printer to the wi-fi router. At one point the online instructions indicated that my printer must not have the correct/current drivers. But I can't download the drivers to my printer because it won't connect to the wi-fi. Any suggestions? I've only spent the last 6 hours trying to connect. I followed the Canon setup instructions at the IJ Network Scanner page and other Google searched. I've de-installed & re-installed my printer. I checked on my printer status via Device Manager - it says I need the correct driver installed, but I can't do that because I can't connect my printer to anything.

Don't ask me how or why, but after ~49 tries and an hour on the phone with a Verizon tech to verify it wasn't a Verizon problem, we gave it another shot and lo & behold...our printer decided to find our wi-fi router.
