PIXMA TR150 - Finally Connected to Wi-Fi But Still cant find printer

Android tablet. TR150 Printer

Changed router to 2.4. Changes password authentication method and was able to get the printer online, and updated firmware. Printer and tablet are on the same network but cannon software does not see it.

I downloaded an app called Printer Share, and it finds the printer immediately. Works fine just an extra step and I am annoyed I can't get theCannon ap to work right.  I have gone through the setup routine a dozen times.
