PIXMA TR4720 not appearing in Image Capture

Installed Canon TR4700 Printer/scanner and when using Image Capture (Mac OS 13.7.3), message notification is no camera or scanner selected.

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using within the PIXMA TR4700 series.  The model number should appear on the front of the unit at the upper right. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

Please attempt to scan using the IJ Scan Utility.

If you are unable to scan using the IJ Scan Utility, what error appears?

Are you using your TR4720 wirelessly?
or with a USB cable?
