Hi all!
My Canon PIXMA TR150 was working great until I got a newer router from T- Mobile. (my internet plan did not change, just the router). I have tried everything from wifi to USB ways of getting on the network and connecting but to no avail. Also used the Canon app on my phone as well as the latest Canon app and drivers on my computer (Windows 11). Can anyone help?
Thanks so much in advance!

Hi Bostongirl,
TMobile routers by default have WPA3 security enabled by default. The TR150 is not compatible with WPA3.
Please contact TMobile support and have them disable WPA3 and enable WPA2. Once WPA2 is enabled, you will be able to connect. Once your TR150 is connected to your Wi-Fi, WPA3 can be enabled again.
To connect your TR150 to your Wi-Fi, please follow these steps:
1. Using the arrow keys, please select the gear icon at the bottom of your printer's display and press OK.
2. Select LAN settings and press OK.
3. Select Wi-Fi and press OK.
4. Select Wi-Fi setup and press OK.
5. Select Manual connect and press OK.
6. Select your home's Wi-Fi network name and press OK.
7. Press OK on "Next".
8. Enter your Wi-Fi password and then select OK and press OK.
9. Press OK on "Connected to the wireless router".

Thanks ever so much! Took your advice and called T mobile. They said that I had to set up a separate WPA2 connection using the same router and use that one for printing and continue to use the WPA3 for other internet use. It's all set up now and the printer works. Thanks again!
