Got A new Mac Air with Sonoma 14.2 OS my Pima will print from the computer but the utility scan will not work. Shows a green line through the scan utilities icon. Scanner works fine with my old iMac. I deleted and reloaded the printer and downloaded new drivers. No luck. Any help?

Have you installed the three recommended drivers from the macOS 13 support page?

Register your product on the Canon support site and request support.

I did, they said I would need to pay for support as it is too old . It appears as if they don’t have drivers for the new Sonoma iOS

It’s a pay app, but VueScan by Hamrick Software rescues old scanners. I use it with a Minolta scanner that was last supported on Windows XP.
