I have a pixma mx492 and it dropped its connection to the wifi and would not reconnect and I tried to do it manually and it would say it was connected and not be found on the network by the computer. I tried everything listed in the discussion forms and none of it worked. So I decided to uninstall all the applications associated with it and reinstall them. It has reached "registering the printer device" and stopped there for a few hours now how do I solve this? The operating system is windows 10.
