PIXMA MX492 No scan options shown on quick menu

I have a Cannon mx492 scanner/printer/fax machine. For some reason when I go into quick menu, none of the scan options are shown. I have tried downloading everything and I still have the same result. I am trying to find out how to download IJ scan utility. Everywhere I try to find the download, all I get is instructions how to download it, not the actual download. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What version of Windows are you using?
If you are using a Mac, what version of the macOS is installed on your computer?

Are you using your PIXMA MX492 wirelessly?
or with a USB cable?

I am using Windows 11. I usually use wireless connection, but when the printer will not connect, I use usb.
