Hi folks changed my WiFi password and havbe been unable to use my printer ever since - hours of Googeling and reinstalling drivers to no avail.
For clarity - this is the same network name, just updated it's password for normnal security purposes)... and the printer will not give me an option to enter the new password so therefore fails connection.
Have tried connecting via USB to a Windows 11 laptop to see if one of the utilities in the software allows a factory or password reset, but nothing there.
I'm not sure how this can be - printers that can't have wifi passwords updated?
Canon - is there a standard 'fix' for this - even if it's a complete factory reset?
