What OS or devices are you using to connect the printer with? Please confirm the below information about your wireless network. The printer will connect to a 2.4 GHz broadcast using WPA2 / AES encryption. Your network must meet these requirements. The printer should also be in close enough proximity to receive a wireless signal. Doesn't have to be in the same room, but at least nearby.
