PIXMA MG3650 can't scan, IJ Scan Utility can't find specified folder

When I try and scan I get the message: "Canon IJ Scan Utility. Cannot find the specified folder. Check the save settings." I have tried everything but cannot get the scan to work.
 
Please let me know, step-by-step, what to do.

Greetings ,

I believe there is more than one model printer in the 3600 series, can you tell us the specific model you have? 

Also, please tell us what operating system version and build you're using your printer with.

MG3650 Scan

Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems

I am having a similar problem. When I select photo or document, I get that error message. All other selections work fine. I am using a MX 922 with a win 10 OS. This just started happening. I reloaded the utility / drivers. At a loss currently.

Me too.  I also tried moving it to a separate hard drive.  (TR4500 series)
