If it's a mobile device, please let us know which operating system is running on your mobile device (i.e. Android or iOS, and which version thereof). Hi Danny it’s iso Apple 15 trying to connect printer directly to phone, went through instruction hoops several times.

Hi,
You can check with TMobile to see if your router is running WPA3 security. If it is, have them change it to WPA2 and then try to connect the phone to your printer via the app. If the printer connects, you can change the router setting back to WPA3.
