Followed all instructions to connect the printer to my Wifi multiple times, reset my printer, downloaded latest OS, restarted my computer, followed YouTube videos etc.
The printer is being discovered but as soon as I say next, it immediately shows this screen, as if there was no compute or attempt to connect it.
Any advice would be amazing before I return it.

I have also tried all the videos and the manual instructions and cannot get my printer to connect to my wifi. We change companies and now I cannot get it to work. At one point it told me the IP addresses are different but I cannot figure out how to change that. I am unable to connect to the computer or to my phone.
