PIXMA MG3620 - Need to reconnect to new network

Hi there

Printer/Scanner was working fine. Needed to change network name and password due to hack. Unable to get printer reconnected to new network. Presently have a cable between PC and printer, but printer doesn't seem to want to be recognized by software.

I'm thinking perhaps I just need to perform a factory reset and start over, but haven't yet discovered how.

Okay, found something suggesting to press and hold the Stop button until alarm has flashed 21 times. But still can't seem to get setup to go

If you are using Windows, directions for the WiFi setup using USB may be found at the following article:

In Mac OS, you may do this by opening the Canon IJ Network Tool (Applications \ Canon Utilities \ IJ Network Tool), and click on the drop-down in the top-left corner of the window, selecting Setup.
